Forensic Architecture

The practice of Forensic Architecture is an analytic process that involves the investigation of building envelopes (walls, windows, curtain walls, roofing systems, etc.), waterproofing systems, fire resistive wall or ceiling assemblies, building materials, structural assemblies, and numerous other aspects of buildings.

Synergen’s lead architect is licensed in 14 states and recognized by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He has over 30 years of extensive experience in architecture and design of a wide variety of private and public-private projects. In addition to his design expertise, he has extensive experience as a developer and construction manager. Synergen’s forensic architectural services are supported by a team of individuals with varying professional backgrounds in the construction industry. The diverse background of both Synergen’s forensic architecture practice leader and its support team gives Synergen the unique ability to examine potential defect issues from the perspective of designer, owner, and builder.
